If you couldn't make it down to the launch of our latest collaboration with London-based, Spanish born tattooer, Teide at our Shoreditch store earlier in the month, here is what you missed out on...
To soundtrack the evening, we asked Teide to send us a list of his most beloved tracks to get us into the groove.
Including a selection of soulful rhythms, big city Jazz, rattling funk, psychedelic soul and electrified Afro-Beat by artists such as Detroit’s What-Up-Doe-King Moodymann, the British funk legends Cymande, Parliament-Funkadelic founding member Bernie Worrell and US-American larger-than-life vibraphone player Roy Ayers’s 1976 band project RAMP, all reflecting Teide's fantastical subjects and psychedelic tattoo abstractions.
