For Autumn/Winter 2026, the EDWIN Japan collection continues to explore the relationship between traditional Japanese craftsmanship and contemporary everyday clothing.

Directed by Umi Ishihara and photographed by Lowe Seger, the black-and-white editorial shifts the focus towards silhouette, texture and the smaller details that define each garment.

Denim remains at the centre of the collection.
Familiar silhouettes, including the Wide Pant and Loose Fit, return in a selection of heavier fabrics sourced from renowned Japanese denim mills Kaihara and Kurabo.
Deep indigos, faded blacks and carefully worn-in finishes bring different textures and character to the Made in Japan denim offering, combining traditional Japanese craftsmanship with updated washes and contemporary fits.

Beyond denim, the Japanese jersey programme continues to expand.
Alongside established favourites such as the Raglan Crewneck and Hooded sweat, the new Made in Japan Longsleeve introduces a contemporary, boxy silhouette cut from premium jersey fabric.

Elsewhere, military and workwear references run throughout the collection. The Jungle Shirt and Baker Pant draw on classic utilitarian designs, while the moleskin Coverall and Painter Pant revisit traditional workwear through considered fabrics and relaxed proportions.
Heavy cotton flannel Work Shirts and the open-collar OPC shirt complete the selection, bringing familiar patterns and shapes into the mix.

Rooted in Japanese design and an appreciation for well-made clothing, Autumn/Winter 2026 brings together familiar wardrobe staples with a focus on fabric, fit and longevity.
The EDWIN Japan collection is available now at selected retailers, EDWIN Stores and online.
