Please note: a withdrawal is not required for a simple return. You can also return your order through our regular returns process.

You have the right to withdraw from your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Please provide the following information so that we can match your contract and send you a confirmation of receipt.

By clicking "Confirm withdrawal" you submit your withdrawal declaration to us. You will receive a confirmation of receipt without undue delay on a durable medium, for example by email. This confirmation contains the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.
