COMFORT FINE TWILL
Composition: 96% Cotton | 4% Elastane
Origin: Tunisia
Weight: 185 g/m²
Features: Soft-hand feel
A comfortable twill just thin enough for the warmer days of the year. It's soft hand feel has a slight "peachy" stuff due to the structure of the fabric. A touch of Elastane is added for comfort.
You can find this new fabric used in two different colour for our newly added Sorren Pant.





SOFT MICRO OTTOMAN
Content: 100% Polyamide
Origin: China
Weight: 130 g/m²
Features: Technical
Who said that you should save the more technical fabrics for Autumn/Winter? This polyamide fabric of just 130 g/m² is thin and breathable enough for summer attire. An Ottoman fabric is a ribbed fabric with distinct, raised stripes running across its width. Similar to grosgrain, it is classified as a corded textile, created by weaving thicker yarns into the horizontal threads.
This technique gives Ottoman fabric its signature texture and pronounced ridges, adding depth and dimension to its appearance.

An ultra-soft and lightweight poly-cotton fabric from Portugal. The polyester blend adds durability, while the flannel weave gives it a nice drape.
Featured in our new Millbury Shirt SS, available in two checkered colours.



KAIHARA DARK PURE INDIGO RAINBOW SELVAGE DENIM

Features: Slubby texture, Rainbow Selvage, Soft hand feel.
The Kaihara Mill is one of Japan’s finest manufacturer that produces the highest quality denim from the land of the rising sun. The Zimbabwean cotton used for the fabric is regarded as one of the best to be used for a natural slubby yarn in denim. Kaihara does all of their dying in-house and has used Pure Indigo for the dye, resulting in a slubby texture with a soft-hand feel.

KURABO RECYCLE RED LISTED SELVAGE DENIM

Features: Recycled Fabric, Red Selvage, 13/1 Right Hand Twill
This season, our classic 14oz red-listed fabric with a powerful but natural slub, has been weaved with 6% recycled cotton. Produced in Japan since 1970, by our long-lasting partner, Kurabo.
In 1973, Kurabo started manufacturing and selling it as the “KD-55”. KD-55 is authentic Japanese vintage denim that maintains the reddish blue colour and a special uneven character after washing, which was indicative of its time and revolutionized our industry.

NATURAL RED SELVAGE DENIM

Features: Kaihara Natural Red Selvage Denim
An undyed denim fabric that is typically a pale, unbleached colour, often referred to as "natural" or "ecru". This fabric comes from the Kaihara factory in Japan and is weaved on TOYODA G9 shuttle looms just as our dyed selvage denim fabrics.

KAIHARA PURE INDIGO STRETCH DENIM
Composition: Cotton blend
Origin: Japan
Weight: 13oz
Features: Rope dyed
This fabric comes from the KAIHARA factory in Japan. To weave this fabric they use TOYODA G9 shuttle loom machines. The machines are over 40-years old but still deliver some of the highest quality weaving in the world.
After weaving and dipping the fabric ten times in Pure Indigo, it is sanforised (pre-shrunk) to minimise shrinking when you wash your garment. The final step is to apply a heat-setting process to stabilize the stretch in this cotton blend fabric. This will result in a high-quality cotton blend fabric, once used for a pair of jeans, it will maintain its original shape and form for years to come.

KAIHARA PURE INDIGO OPENED DENIM

Features: fuzzy texture & a firm hand feel
The Open-end yarn gives Denim a unique, textured look with a slightly rougher surface. Those who want a Denim fabric that is distinctive and stands out, frequently choose it because of this.
The use of open-end yarn has a number of advantages in addition to its particular texture and appearance. The resultant fabric is more breathable and comfortable to wear, due to the yarn’s breathability. Additionally, the open-end spinning procedure consumes less water and energy than conventional yarn spinning techniques, making it a more environmentally friendly choice.





KAIHARA RIGHT-HAND BLACK DENIM

A mid-weight Black Denim made of a mixture of high-quality US and Australian cotton. By using an open-end Yarn inspired by a technique used for black denim in the early 80s, the fabric gets a Crepe-like appearance and marble texture when washed.
